We have found Love & Norris and MinistrySafe to be invaluable in our efforts to provide a safe environment for our student population – individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Greg and his team have demonstrated an immense understanding of the challenges an organization like Shepherds College faces with regards to creating a culture that promotes and values student safety, especially our efforts to mitigate student victimization of sexual indiscretions. They have provided us with meaningful and comprehensive assistance and are working to help us: 1) evaluate our processes for vetting prospective students and staff, 2) enhance our policies and procedures related to campus and student safety, and 3) establish accountability measures to ensure that we are actively involved in practices that promote student safety.

Shepherds College is extremely grateful to have been introduced to MinistrySafe and the extraordinary work of Love & Norris. Their expertise in this field is matched only by their passion to create safe environments. Our school has already benefitted from their assistance and as we follow their guidance, I am confident our school will be equipped to provide our students with a safer environment moving forward.
